WELCOME

I am a third-year Economics PhD candidate at Monash University Australia and SoDa Labs. Prior to my PhD study, I completed my pre-doctoral program — Master of Economics (Research Option) at Monash University Australia, and accomplished Honours degree (specialised in Economics) and Bachelor degree at Monash University Malaysia.

Research Areas: Political Economy, Public Economics, Alternative Data

I enjoy exploring different types of alternative data and using them in my research to answer social science questions.

I am currently visiting the University of Warwick until January 2027. During my time in the UK, I would be very happy to travel and meet academics working in areas related to my research. If you think there is someone I should meet, please feel free to let me know :)
